About Our Live Classes
Unlike other online yoga platforms, we offer interactive livestream classes. With your camera on, you will receive real-time verbal adjustments and cues to keep you in optimal alignment. Your practice will improve with the guidance from our expert instructors who are there to help you optimize your time in class and understand your unique body.

Zoom Recordings
Some of our classes are recordings from previous interactive livestream classes. These are recorded at 720p resolution and may include verbal adjustments to individual students. Video description will say "Zoom Recording".
In-Studio Recordings
Many of our classes are filmed at our Better Yoga home studio. These recordings were not taught to a live audience and were recorded at a higher resolution.
Audio Tracks
Several pranayama, meditation, and bedtime tracks are recorded without video. These classes can be enjoyed while limiting screen time. Look for the "audio only" distinction in the description.
