Kapha-balancing yoga asanas to energize and strengthen muscles.
Lightweight strength training (2–3 lb weights) to build tone and resilience.
Vata-balancing yoga asanas to enhance bone density and cultivate balance.
Grounding breathwork and restorative poses for calm and renewal.
Props Needed: 2 blocks, 2 free weights (2–3 lbs), cushion, blanket.
