In Ayurveda, this is the most supportive time of year for a gentle, juice-based cleanse, drawing from the abundance of the summer harvest to both nourish and reset.
This three-day experience offers a practical, grounded reboot: a mostly juice-based cleanse with fresh fruit and simply cooked vegetables designed to reduce internal heat, ease inflammation, and restore clarity in both body and mind—without excess intensity.

Ayurvedic Summer Cleanse Structure
A simple, supportive approach centered on seasonal fruits, hydrating juices, and lightly cooked vegetables—designed to calm pitta and gently reset digestion.
Cooling Pranayama & Restorative Practices
An emphasis on cooling pranayama to actively reduce internal heat and settle the system, complemented by water-based meditations and guided yoga nidra recordings for deep rest and nervous system regulation.
Daily Community Check-Ins (10:00–11:00am ET)
Guided group gatherings for accountability, reflection, and support—helping you stay steady, nourished, and engaged.
